Filters and output

Location - latitude + longitude + radius returns stations sorted by distance (required for Austria, optional elsewhere)
Fuel type - normalized across countries: gasoline_95, gasoline_98, diesel, diesel_premium, lpg, cng
City - substring match on the municipality name
One record per station: address, coordinates, distance, and per-fuel prices with timestamps
